Tuesday 20th September – bike ** – Landguard for lunch – mainly cloudy.

Sunny first thing but clouded over but still managed my exercises in the back garden before Mag made lunch and we headed out on our bikes to Landguard, once again my battery for my e-wheel played up, might need a replacement one? The light offshore wind made it ideal for cycling as we headed down though Langer Park, through Landguard Nature Reserve to the old pier. We enjoyed our roll with a lovely sky, sadly I forgot to put the SD card in my camera so could not take any pics today:( It was nice and quiet but with vey little boat action so we set off for home along the prom and up Bent hill before setting off to visit an old fiend for a cuppa and cake.
